Classes are offered in 30-90 minute formats for students of all levels: basic/beginner, mixed levels, meditation & relaxation. In addition, I can offer yoga that can be performed at one’s desk or conference room table. I adjust the class based on the level of students.

Classes are most effective when run in a series of once or twice a week for a minimum of 8 weeks. Discounts available for series lasting longer than 8 weeks. Cost can be divided between the employer and employee or fully funded by the employer.
